Report an issue

Tell us when something in Dataden or the add-on does not work. We read every report.

Send a report

1. Open Report an issue. Sign in to Dataden if it asks.
2. Under Where, choose Google Sheets add-on, Website or Other.
3. Under What happened, describe the problem.
4. Select Send.

From the add-on

In the sidebar, open Account (the person icon at the right end of the tabs) and select Report an issue at the bottom. The form opens with Google Sheets add-on chosen.

What to include

• What you did, and what you expected to happen.
• The exact line the add-on or the website showed.
• The name of the report or account, if there is one.

A message can be up to 4,000 characters. You can send up to 10 reports a day.
