Troubleshooting

The add-on shows one short line when something goes wrong. Here is what the common lines mean and what to do.

"Sign in again."

This means the add-on's sign-in ended. Select Sign in and finish in the new tab. Your schedule pauses while you are signed out: after you sign in, go to the Schedule tab and select Save to turn it back on.

"Showing the first 50,000 rows."

A report writes at most 50,000 rows. To get under it, choose a shorter date range, add filters, take out a field that splits the rows (such as day or ad), or set Show # of records.

"This spreadsheet is nearly full."

A spreadsheet holds 10,000,000 cells, empty ones included. The Tools tab shows the cells each tab takes. Delete tabs you no longer use, or delete empty rows and columns, then run the report again. Nothing is written until there is room.

A report shows a warning mark

The last run did not work. Point at the warning mark on the Reports tab to read why, fix it, then select Run (the play button).

A platform is not connected

The builder asks you to connect the platform first. Select Connect to connect it on the Dataden website. If you are a member, ask an owner or admin of your workspace to connect it.

An account is missing

Members see only the accounts they are given, so ask an owner or admin. Owners and admins can open Add account on the Dataden website and select Refresh list.

"Another refresh is running."

Another refresh of this spreadsheet is writing. Wait a moment and try again.
