Sign in

The add-on uses your Dataden account. You stay signed in until you sign out or the sign-in ends.

Sign in from the sidebar

1. Open the add-on: Extensions → Dataden → Open.
2. Select Sign in. A new tab opens, and the sidebar shows "Finish signing in in the new tab."
3. In the new tab, sign in to Dataden with Continue with Google, or with your email and password.
4. Choose the Workspace the add-on should use and select Approve.
5. The tab says "Signed in. You can close this tab." Close it and go back to your sheet.

The sidebar opens on Home, with your platforms listed.

No Dataden account yet

On the sign-in tab, select Create an account. After you create it, you come back to the same tab to finish.

Try it with sample data

On the Dataden website, open your profile menu (top right) and choose Try with sample data first. Then pick the workspace marked "(sample data)" when you sign in.

Signed in as someone else

The sign-in tab shows "Signed in as" and your email. If that is the wrong account, select Not you? and sign in again.

Sign out

1. Select the person icon at the right end of the sidebar's tabs to open Account.
2. Select Sign out.
