Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and PT Zharkwave Global Group, which runs Dataden. By using Dataden you accept them.

What Dataden does

Dataden reads reports from the advertising and analytics platforms you connect and shows them in one place, in saved reports and, soon, in Google Sheets. It is free during early access.

Your account and your team

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, and you choose who joins your team and what each person can see.

Connecting platforms

Connect only accounts you are allowed to connect, including accounts that belong to your clients. Each platform's own terms still apply to you.

Fair use

Do not misuse Dataden. That includes scraping it, reverse engineering it and reselling access to it.

Your data stays yours

We use your data only to run Dataden for you, as the privacy policy describes.

Early access

Features may change. We announce paid plans in advance, and we charge nothing without your agreement.

Availability

Dataden is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits that come from using Dataden.

Ending your account

You can stop using Dataden and delete your workspace at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If we change these terms, we change the date at the top. Questions go to achilles@zharkwave.com.
