Data deletion

You can delete your data yourself, or ask us to.

Disconnect one platform

On Accounts, under Connections, open the connection's ⋯ menu and choose Remove connection (owners and admins). The sign-in token is deleted at once.

Delete everything

Go to Team → Delete workspace. Only the owner can do this. This deletes the workspace, its connections, ad accounts, tags and saved data, and the accounts of people who are in no other workspace. Backups clear within 14 days.

Remove our access on the platform's side

• Google: your Google Account permissions.
• Meta: Business Integrations.
• TikTok: the connected apps in TikTok For Business.

Ask us

Email achilles@zharkwave.com with your account email. We delete your data within 30 days and reply when it is done.
